On Tuesday 23rd May, Year 5 enjoyed a visit to Hever Castle to learn more about their topic of the Tudors. The class spent time exploring the grounds, gardens and maze as well as visiting the castle itself. They learnt more about Henry VIII's second wife Anne Boleyn and her family and found out what it would've been like to live in the 15th century. Before returning home the children found time to explore the water maze, where some of them became very wet! Thank you to Mr McCurdy and Mrs Masrani for organising this great trip.
